Dr Chang Li Lian is the most experienced pediatrician available in the area. Walk-in appointments and usually long wait time.

Extremely bad experience at this clinic. I had a consultation with Dr Chang Tou Liang. The doctor was extremely unprofessional and impatient. He spoke to me in a very annoyed tone and the whole consultation lasted no longer than 3 mins. This is so far the worst clinic that I have been to. Very unsatisfied! It is totally a waste of money.

I've been to this clinic quite a few times and met all the doctors, the rest of the doctors and staffs are very kind and patient, but this Dr. Gao was horrible. My condition was gone when I went to the clinic but still I would like to know the reasons for my condition and get some advice from the doctor, and this Dr Gao asked me " then what are you here for?" ,extremely impatient. And she cut me off several times when I was explaining my condition and questioning my doubts! And I was humiliated when I asked for an MC, she said this was not something to get MC for! Excuse me?! I was tortured by my illness and only managed to get some sleep after 4am, and my class was at early morning and also I was not sure whether there is gonna be another outbreak, and this was what I get from the doctor? Ridiculous

I went to the clinic yesterday with a terrible cough, runny nose and pain in my chest. Dr Chang Tou Liang told me nothing was really wrong with me, didn't check my lungs, i was literally inside his room for under two minutes, he then charged me over $70 for nothing. Today i had to be rushed to hospital because I was wheezing so badly. WORST doctor i have ever come across.

Very bad experience. The nurses and doctor do not care about the patient's situation. Have no empathy. I wont go to this clinic anymore!!! If you do not feeling well after the vaccination, don't go there!!!! They will ask you to go to ANOTHER clinic for swab test, and then go back to them. Why ANOTHER clinic? Coz they said they do not have the ability to do swap test. (Regardless of your situation which had a bad headache and pain.) Why have to do swap test? Coz they say: you received covid-19 vaccination and you had a mild fever after that, which means you had a fever RECENTLY. (so they mean--EVERYONE who received the covid-19 vaccination and had fever need to do swap test, otherwise, cannot see doctor???) They do not care about that you have headache or pain, do not have empathy or sympathy, do not have "professional ethic". They just refuse to take you in and push you to other clinics. And said "if you want you can go other clinic" sounds like you have a choice.

Been visiting this clinic and seeing the same GPs since I was a kid. Am able to recover smoothly each time. The doctors are helpful in explaining your conditions to you too (complimentary science lesson) or even give you tips for life stressors. The nurses and counter staff are helpful too. Bonuses: 1. Clinic has an assortment of books (eg. English fiction and non fiction) for you to read there while you wait for your turn. 2. Can pay at the cashier now using PayNow too.

Doctor Chang & his staff are friendly and helpful. Though the front counter staff sometimes a little blur, keep shouting patient’s name across the clinic (for whole 5min) just for a report, instead of going in to search for it directly. Apart from that, they still tried their best to serve every time. Still glad that this clinic is very near my place!

The female doctor here is very proud and nervous. I was deeply humiliated by her unkindness and rude manner of speaking. She yelled at my little one to be quiet and still. I asked her to write a referral letter, but she didn't. I still don't understand why the patient asked to her write it, but she didn't. Perhaps she felt that I trying to go to the special list was ignoring her. She seems to have problems with her self-esteem. Be a human before a doctor. Worst doctors and hospitals, not worth a single star. I will never go here again.
