The counter lady is rude and appears to be trying to ask me to go our clinics nearby upon hearing I've cough

Told the clinic staff to inform Dr Cheong I was coming at 1230pm but the doctor left at 1220 and I couldn’t get my consultation. Clinic closing time is supposed to be 1pm by the way.

I had acute eczema and after 3 doctors in a week, Cheong Medical Clinic fixed me. Patient, knowledgable and professional. I can't ask for more.

Dr Cheong has been my GP for past 20 years, he is knowledgeable, meticulous and patient in explaining to patients their conditions and the treatment.

Doctor is very experienced, explained root cause of the problem, how to apply medication and was very helpful.

Brought my daughter to see her skin problem last Sat..After 1 day medication from this clinic, skin condition get worst and rashes spreading all over the body and face. Call the clinic and told to go back to get another consultation with full rate. ($90 without medication) request to talk to doctor or asking for digital consultation before it could be a waste of trip or money and finally get a chance to speak to the doctor over the phone. Sadly, the doctor Ego response by offering me to go back with free consultation come with NO SYMPATHISE tone and keep asking me to go to another doctor and insist his medication has no issue. Well, i will definitely seek second opinion and willing to pay full rate again but definitely not to this clinic doctor anymore... Cannot feel their love and sympathise for their patient who do not respond positively to their medication treatment.. so sad....
