Great service from Shawn and Floor Manager Catte. I wanted to take away my left over fried rice which was just a bit left but due to staff’s miscommunication, they accidentally threw it away instead. However, Catte went above and beyond by replacing a new fried rice with her own pocket money. Overall the food is delicious and green curry broth is thick! ??

Terrible service! and the floor manager mock my staff who is allergy to egg. ordered fried rice ($7.90 bf GST). came out to be a plate of just PLAIN white fried rice, but they r 'kind' to put a slice of lime next to A FULL PLATE OF PLAIN WHITE RICE and nothing else. Yes, it just purely all WHITE rice on the plate with a slice of lime and the manager served us with a mock smile!!. HE could have suggest to replace bean or carrot or something else. What kind of floor manager in F&B line!! NOT FIT!!!! and my the other staff had order beef noodle, which end up waited for 30 mins still no where to be seen!!!!!!! of course we cancelled this dish!! Worst still at the end, this restaurant still have the cheek to collect $7.90 for a plate of PLAIN WHITE RICE. NO APOLOGY NO REMORSE SEEN IN THEIR FACE. Not recommended eat here! NOT ONLY CUSTOMER GETS MOCK FROM THE STAFFS BUT ALSO THE MANAGER AND POOR SERVICE!! IT my generosity giving ONE star, we don't even see this restaurant deserve a single star

Not flexible service. Taste was just average, not fantastic. Maybe just not for me.

Best recommended food. Taste was perfectly nice. Many varieties of food and environment was warm

What can i say . Will be back again . Food is great . Service was awesome. Very rare gems . Except that curry fried chicken not my thing. Will be my favourite spot at ION.

Service was excellent and the food was tasty! The pad Thai was too sweet and the greens were too oily but overall it was a good feed. Just some minor improvements to the food would make it a 5 star experience :)

I went for dinner there with a few of my friends. We ordered a few of their dishes, such as the Thai basil minced chicken and green curry chicken. They tasted just nice and very authentic. The service there was fantastic, and I would like to give a special mention to Faizun for being an excellent waitress. She is energetic and greets customers with a smile. I will definitely return to Sanook Kitchen for a meal in the future.
