★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store (Singapore Takashimaya Nars store) on 2019 Sept 07 around 3 pm plus. The male staff attended to me upon entering however his attitude was rather strange / weird.
I wasn’t sure about Nars bronzer / contour so I was asking about the products (not a Nars customer). He pointed out what’s what, projected a manner that he’s not interested in explaining / introducing them further. He then took the combined palette (not sure what’s the palette called) in front of me said it’s “eyeshadow, bronzer, highlighter combined.” And then, he said one word “90” and full stop, standing beside me quietly for a few second. I got that he’s telling me the price.
Overall he appeared not interested in ‘selling’ the products and projected a cold / arrogant attitude. As if he’s telling me that “90” is the price, you buy or you leave.
I never used Nars products so NO, you are not losing any client. However this store experience was awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in hoping to find an eyeliner I’d like and came away with that and a nice new lipstick! MUA Justin was really helpful and gave me a mini makeover for my dinner date. Enjoyed the experience that was free from hard sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came over from another place to find that they didn’t have it in stock. So of course, this shop had it and it was a quick sale. Staff is good. Definitely deserved a few stars for effort, and the shop is well stocked. Photos are all here.
