Poor service and judgemental looks given by the senior looking male when you only purchase low-cost items. It's written all over his face and I didn't get experiences like these when I visited other SG stores.

horrible customer service in this outlet than other outlet. no testing is allowed and staff do not seem wanted to serve you, rather chit chat among themselves. got my product in ion outlet instead.

I got the snooty holier-than-thou style of service today from a guy in black-frame glasses. My receipt stated I was served by Zeno. Makes one think twice about ever supporting the brand again and the sorry state of customer service it is deteriorating to.

Terrible service! I was gifted their products by my sister and I really like them. During my first visit to the shop, I repeated my order twice and the staff still got my order wrong, resulting me making another trip down just for the exchange. Upon arriving at the store, no one greeted me so I went up to the staffs who were chatting behind the counter. I explained my situation to one of the staffs and he asked me to fill up a form for the exchange. That was fine. However, while I was filling up the form, he seems to be impatient as he was tapping his fingers on the countertop in front of me. After filling up the form, the tone he used was so patronizing. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I can't believe my experience with Aesop was such an unpleasant one, which was least expected as they are such an established brand! Aesop, please retrain your employees at Takashimaya outlet to be less condescending and be more empathic.

Visited many SG stores but this is by far the worst. Staff only cater to tai tais (rich old ladies), and that was already a bad sign. I wanted to get a fragrance (which was one of the most expensive products for sale) so i asked for recommendations and the feedback was utterly dull, something my 60 year old mom would give. Lastly, i asked for an e-receipt so i was curious why my bag has receipts, turns out they gave a used/wrong bag to me. Bare in mind, my purchase is a Rozu perfum which costs S$235. If you’re asking who’s responsible, i cant give a name but its a male with gentle monster glasses.

I wouldn't expect more from the extremely great service provided by Haziq. He is very highly experienced, soft spoken, meticulous and shown great effort in presenting the product features.

Yama has exceptional service as he is attentive to gift wrap and seeks his best to find the outlet carrying the product for me! He is attentive to details and customer needs. Do look for him if you need recommendations!
