★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in to the boutique without the intention to buy/upgrade my coffee machine. The sales girl is very friendly and helpful by explaining the various models. She eventually made up do our machine upgrade. Nice sales staff! We need more people like you. Sad that I didnt get her name though but well done!

Freshly prepared coffee capsules with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful packaging and warm services. Love the Colombia Roma Ethiopia Nicaragua Nordic selections and occasionally the strong Ristretto for a change. Love the ease of use of the Nespresso Machines and Milk frother. Conveniently located at neighbourhood of Vivo City walking distance to HarbourFront MRT Cable Car to Sentosa and views of one of the busiest Port in the world from Harbourfront Centre. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service! One of the representatives walked me through all the differences in coffee and machines! Left feeling like an expert! Bought a nice gift and a wide selection of assortments that were highly recommended. Would highly recommend coming to this location, but maybe during weekdays as on weekends it gets really really busy. Overall, amazing experience!

We were served by a trainee named Yiling who definitely deserve my time to write this review for her. Though she is still undergoing training her service is top notch and is a very genuine young lady. Not only she is very professional, she knows all the products very well and recommended the products that suits our needs. What I also like is that Yiling is not very pushy in her sales like some places we encountered. Ended up we bought a new machine Vertuo plus, few sleeves of capsules, a travel mug, and coffee cups with teaspoons set. Highly recommended outlet if you want to experience a comfortable and awesome service with professional advices. ??????
