★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the New Balance Men's Fresh Foam 1080 V10 Running Shoes at S$249 from the shop and saw that Amazon is selling at around $180 including shipping. Price difference is at least $50. And the reply from New Balance Singapore is Amazon is not authorized distributor? Actually does consumer care if it is authorised distributor a not? So long as the cheaper item is not counterfeit, I guess most consumer will choose the cheaper one?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested requested a shoe to be reserved while I confirmed the gape. They promptly put aside the two shoes and informed me I could come get the right shoe once I had contirmed. The next day I was phoned by them to tell me the price had gone up and that the shoe was on a promotion tthe day I had reserved it. When I asked if they couldn't keep the shoe price that we had previously agreed they suggested I go to another store where the shoe was on promotion a week later. (Still more expensive)
No regard for my time as a customer or their failure to provide me with the information.
