★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Neo was friendly (big hello to every patient) yet meticulous, and spent time listening to symptoms and suggesting alternative and similar medications to existing problems. We didn't feel rushed for time like in other clinics in the region we've visited over time.
Seriously, if the doctor wasn't this good, I don't think anyone actually would give reviews for a clinic ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must admit, this is the best clinic I ever visited in SG. Doctor Neo is doing a great job. Kind and patience enough to explain in details why, how and what. A thumbs up to the clinic and the doctor.
As for for counter staff, ok lah.... overall, they are just doing their job like most of us. As long as they deliver and do a good job, we should appreciate and respect it. We are not in the hotel, we are in the clinic, they get us registered, issued to us the meds, explain when and how to take, I think they are already doing good job, right ?? The most important thing is, when we go to a clinic, seek treatment and consultation, get our meds and off we go to a speedier recovery. The rest are not important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having severe flu ,cough and asthma since for 2 weeks and I went to a few clinics and even the hospital yet I couldn't get the nebulizer. However when I went to this clinic, thanks to Dr. Neo, I got the nebulizer and the cough and phlegm were gone by the next day. The best clinic I have ever visited with the best care. Reasonable prices too.
