Very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and understanding. I went to another 24hr clinic (Because Wee clinic not open yet) for my urine infection but got worst. Prescribed the wrong antibiotic for my condition. Went to Wee clinic by Dr Seow, he has prescribed the right antibiotic and symptoms much better in few hours. This is one of the best clinic in clementi. Never fail to heal my condition fast

Booked my appointment for 9.30am last Saturday 26 June, arrived early just before 9am. Registration was quick and managed to see the Doc by 9.35am and got my shot done. Left clinic by 9.50am. Doc is friendly and courteous. As the clinic is not a big area, they have enough staff to ensure the flow is smooth for both seeking Doc consultation and those taking vaccination. Good job ! Doctor is helpful and friendly. However, not sure why the staff recommended to do PCR for $90 when ART is already positive and having symptoms. And there's also no gov requirement anymore.

When I looked at those negative reviews here, I just wondered those negative ratings were really based on personal visition, or just competitors trying to manipulate the ratings and ranking? I am going to be honest about my personal experience with Wee HealthFirst Medical Clinic. All the feel good experience began when I was doing some enquiry on the Covid-19 vaccination program for Sinovac. I understand there was an overwhelming response for the China approved vaccine which uses inactivated vaccine technology. When I called the clinic, nothing caught me by surprised as the line is always busy. I understand this is not a HSA approved vaccination program, but can be made available for those not did not qualify for vaccine that uses mRNA technology. Hence, my thinking is let those that needed this alternative to go for the vaccination first. I simply dropped a message, leaving my mobile number to get back to me. To my amazement, in less than 3 minutes, I got a called from the staff named as Yen. After doing some verification, she give me a slot for the vaccination to be done today. The responsiveness is clearly impressive. +1 ⭐ Now, prior to the time of vaccination, I received a phone call from the clinic early morning. The staff informed me the vaccine may not arrived on time, due to the logistic challenge drawing out the Sinovac vaccine. It was preferred to push back half an hour later, to avoid unnecessary waiting time. Another +1 ⭐ All the above information shared is just to bring you to the actual review starting from here. Dr Seow Y. J. is a godsend. He’s a very patient person who genuinely cares about his patients. He really takes the time to explain things to me in terms that I can understand about the entire vaccination program for the use of Sinovac. He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. The entire staff is wonderful. +1⭐ The services that I receive from the clinic is excellent. Dr Seow Y. J. and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care after the vaccination.
