Despite the long waiting time, doctor is very experienced & patience in listening your worries. No regrets at all. The nurses there are very friendly And patience. They are very experienced and can handle your kids very well. ?

Overall, this is a very hospitable environment to be in and the children are in very safe and capable hands. Waiting time is unavoidable as is the case with most specialist clinics but for the great service, it's worth the wait.

r	raphael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2nd born has the whole suite of flu, cough and fever since birth.. seen Kidslink but the doc just brush it off as sensitive nose.. came to know Dr Theodric and was very impressed by his pedigree for his expertise in upper respiratory issues. He was very detailed in first examination, and gave a possibility root cause analysis of what is wrong. Gave us the re-assurance that it isn’t anything serious and we should monitor and not create issues out of nothing. Can sense his deep passion in the way he spoke on the matter, and trusted that he will be able to help treat my 2nd born and get her on to good health. Thank God for a competent doc like him, and for a great location. Minus the fees, but hey - this is PD afterall?
T	Tan Mei Shu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are happy with Dr Lim with his firm diagnosis And being friendly to kids & parents,as this is also our first time having our girl to consult pd in sg...as she just landed to sg for her first 6 months at here and we usually have an attached pd consultant since birth in msia..we abit worry that we couldn't found another likeable pd at here...but Dr Lim is awesome...but sadly we going to move to north east side...hopefully there will be another likable pd as Dr Lim in Thomson punggol side?

Just asked for the names of the available Drs (because i dont know) and she refused to tell me. After asking again, replied in a mocking tone. Even told me that my child's condition is not urgent. Does not seem sincere at all to help a sick child get a slot. Seen so many reviews on this previously with the standard replies by TMC to write in via email, but it doesnt seem like the frontdesk staff's attitudes have changed.
J	Julian C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short version: 5 stars for the top-notch doctor (Dr. Lim), -4 stars for the registration system/staff. Overall: 1 star. Dr. Lim is honestly the best paediatrician we've ever seen, and is the only reason why we even consider coming back here. He is knowledgeable and great with kids (and their parents). Too bad Thomson utilises an asinine registration protocol that is arguably worse than a polyclinic's. More often than not, you will find yourself and your sick kid wandering around the mall for an hour or so while waiting, as the kid gets sicker and more agitated by the minute. And don't bother calling beforehand either... the reg desk will ask you a whole lot of questions and when you show up they will ask you the same 'ol questions yet again. TMC/TPC: please leave me a contact e-mail. I will provide full details. This is not the first time.
C	Cheryllina Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was attended to by Dr. Lim and I’m really pleased with his patience and diagnosis on my son’s condition (especially after bringing him to his PD many times and nothing came out of it hence husband and I decided to get a second opinion). Dr. Lim knew that we were relocating to Japan soon and urgently arranged for a follow up appointment with a specialist to aid in seeing my son. I didn’t get the name of the nurse who attended to us but thank you too for the kind service. ? Waiting time was 2 hours as we were walk in patients but I personally felt it was okay since the clinic is located in a mall and it was easy for us to pass time. The nurse also kindly gave us a call when there were 2 patients left before us, so we could walk around the mall at ease, knowing that we wouldn’t miss our queue. Thank you to Dr. Lim and the team. ☺️??
