The teachers are very knowledgeable, professional and also able to engage well with the children.

Classes are fun and enjoyable. The administrative team is also prompt in their replies and updates.

In March, I withdrew my son from NK Robotics, Northpoint branch. 26th of March is the last day of the lesson. As per the company’s policy: The $200 deposit is only refundable upon the completion of the course that has been signed up for. The deposit will take at least 2 working weeks to be transferred to your bank account. (押金是会在签订课程结束后的两个工作星期退还) We requested a refund of the deposit and the counter staff, Joanne, mentioned that it will be refunded within 3-4 weeks. It has been 6 weeks since we put in this request and nothing has been deposited to date. Today is the 13th of May at the point of writing. Given the circumstances, I feel that we have been very patient and understanding. When we drop by the branch to enquire regarding the matter, we are always told that they would check and get back to us. I can assure you that no one has gotten back to us to date. I feel that it is within our rights to know why the process is taking so long. We were expected to pay a deposit immediately upon enrolment of our child into your programmes. However, a refund of this same deposit is taking much longer than the terms stated in your policy. It is fortunate that we have made the right decision of withdrawing our child from the programme that is being run by such a centre. We feel that the basis of an established enrichment centre such as yours should be based on trust and efficiency in serving its customers and ensuring satisfaction in service, whether the service rendered is for a current or past customer. I seek your understanding and hope to receive a response regarding this matter as soon as possible. My advice to current customers not to suffer the same fate as me is to make sure you demand your refund from this centre asap just in case you have to wait this long like my case.

Overall, my son did have fun during his course duration. However, I did not continue as I felt the lessons conducted lacked clear structure, objectives and seems repetitive for the price paid. Think it is good for first timer experience but need more substance in the curriculum to be more worthwhile.
