★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dish was good however the service is horrible. We waited at the front of queue for a long time at the counter with no one to serve us. Because of so, we decided to order via the FairPrice mobile app and sat down (we made sure that our order was ringing at the cashier before leaving). 10mins later when the cashier returned to serve other customers, she cancelled our online app order without any reason. We went back to the counter only for her to ask us to re-queue and she cancelled our order because the fish was unavailable. If any of the items are unavailable on the menu, shouldn’t you guys remove it from the app? Why allow the use of mobile app if you guys can’t seem to figure it out?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the Sea Bass fish for 3 pax. Meats are bit little, do add more! Otherwise, the fish is pretty good, nicely grilled, fresh. I would come back again. (For those that cannot take spice, their xiao la is really very la)

Originally our fish meat was stiff and dry. So the supervisor Jean changed a new fish for us. She was friendly and customer oriented. Excellent service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put less spicy but is still very spicy. The amount is very worth for its price. We didn't see properly (oops) and ordered the steamboat instead of grilled fish. Comes with 8 kinds of ingredients and a soup base. Ice water at 50 cents. Quite a popular place and long queue during dinner hours. Basement of northpoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful dining experience here. We ordered the Sea Bass with their Signature Spicy Sauce for 3 pax. They really don't hold back on their spice, every bite was mouthwateringly delicious and spicy. The chilli peppers and sauce paired really well with the perfectly grilled fish. Fair warning that this fish is quite small for our group so you might want to go for bigger options. Fortunately we ordered some side dishes to pair with the grilled fish. Regardless, I'd say that the price we paid was fair for what we got.
The service staff was very prompt, delivering our drinks almost immediately after ordering it through their tablet. They were also really friendly and attentive. I highly recommend a visit here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mala Grilled Fish was fresh and delicious and the entire 4 stars is for the fish only. We added ingredients (can't remember what we added) but they were very generous in the portion of ingredients they add. We have been to other grilled fish eateries which adds a small portion only.
The vegetable and pancake were disappointments. The pancake tasted nice but was served cold which was a huge pity. The vegetable tasted very raw and "green".
I'd advise to just order the fish and skip the sides.
