β β β β β This place is usually nice, but was not happy when I visited last time. It could be due to the timing, which is way beyond lunch hours, but that cannot be an excuse for the bad taste. Usually we love the mushroom soup here, but it was very thick and cold. The margherita pizza was good as usual but the Chicken Mediterranean pasta had no seasoning. Hope they get back to their best, I am one of their regular visitors.

β β β β β Service was horrible. The cashier was totally not paying attention. She got my order wrong 3 times and I had to pay extra for the drink. The garlic bread is as hard as a burnt bread and it can make knocking noises when hitting it on the table. The cheese sticks were not stretchy and it's basically sad looking. The beef bolognese sauce was bad. Its watery and has a weird taste to it, even my friends thought so too. I had to pour half the cheese bottle to cover that horrible taste. I Never had this bad of an experience before until I went to this outlet at Northpoint. This is highly unacceptable and I hope that changes can be made.

β β β β β The food is good but is a bit on the pricey side. The fusion pastas are very innovative and a refreshing change from their normal Italian fare. Highly recommended is the Seafood Tom Yum pasta. For those who like their food more spicy, you can ask to add more chilli.
The Margherita pizza is a bit disappointing. Other pizza joints definitely have better vegetarian pizzas.
The service is quite bad though. Found spoons and forks with cheese bits still stuck on it. When asking one of the staff to help clean it, she showed a irritated look. Hopefully she is just having a bad day.

β β β β β Ordered foodpanda, gave instructions to replace ham with broccoli. It was ignored. The honey garlic chicken is completely different as what i have had in another outlet. It feels like its frozen japanese crispy chicken from ntuc. Then you just cut smaller and use the same sauce.

Food is delicious
Quantity food I like it. I am a big eater.
Staff is Super Friendly
And appreciate this lady-in-charge today for being so careful and make do with another non spicy for my girl. Kudos to her that she does not literally take orders blindly. But she handle it with personal care. I dunnid smile cause mask up. But the action speaks louder. There is another gentleman staff so sweet, just kept reminding the kids here. Plate hot Be careful when he serves them.
Hope the management takes care of their staff well.
