★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Cheng is such a nice doctor! Brought my 3 year old daughter here as she was having fever and flu. Dr Cheng was very patient and knows how to keep my daughter calm when administering the swab. She did not even cry! Thank you Dr Cheng and the clinic staff for being so welcoming!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean clinic, conveniently located at basement 1 of Woodlands MRT (TE2). Doctor Cheng is very attentive, patient and detailed. Front counter staff is friendly and helpful. I came with my baby and a bulky stroller, staff was kind to rush out to lend a helping hand. Definitely will be our preferred family clinic now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought both my hubby and my daughter to clinic. Dr Cheng Ke Yi is very nice and has patience. Doctor listen to them explain to them what do. Good customer service for both the nurses at the counter. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my mom to the clinic. no issue with the waiting time as it was pretty crowded on a Saturday morning. Understandable. receptionists are kind and helpful! biggest recommendation to the Doctor for taking so well of my mom and being so thoughtful! found this clinic out by chance and would always recommend everyone to visit this clinic instead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, a doctor who cares. Understand why this place is so highly rated now. Doctor Cheng was super patient, polite and reassuring. He takes decent time to diagnose a patient and is not one of those typical GP doctors who brushes you off within a minute. Very polite receptionists too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for back pain. The place had a 45 minute wait time, which I spent updating Google maps of the surrounding.
Dr. Cheng was good, it was my first visit and he did do a thorough checkup. Gave advices on stretching and gave the prescription. Overall good attentive doctor who listens and asks more, engages you.
The only bad part was after the checkup, the bill took forever to get prepared, with the meds.
