★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good condo with full facilities and basement carpark, short walking distance (or 1-stop bus) to CCK MRT (or shopping mall). Nice location and quiet environment, nice palce to stay.
BTW, units here is so popular that psf is keeping up and up, amazing as it is 1000+ already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Condo is super nice! Nice trees planted all around and live up to the name of rainforest. Cosy feel, unit layout is efficient. 5-6mins walk to mrt. Lots of amenities around also... McDonald's, teck Whye shop houses, lot one mall, schools and polyclinics all nearby, bus stop is also just in front of the condo. This is like the best combination of what you can ask for in a condo. Can see why the prices keep climbing up as it is highly desired. Went to Mi casa also but didn't quite like the dull feel and ugly balconies plus all the bay windows which is not efficient for use. How I wish I can get an unit in Rainforest but it's over my budget haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice condo, with very rainforest atmosphere..lots of trees and plants, well maintain..good resale.price as it nears CCK MRT Interchange, bus interchange, Lot 1, CCK Garden, upcoming Safra@CCK Garden, MRT Interchange for new Jurong line, near to Sungei Kadut warehouse like GainCity and furniture warehouse, CCK polyclinic and CCK cmmty centre, Kiat Hong Cc (with Starbuck) and some others!!
