He was very knowledgeable & fast in recommended us a set which we bought just within an hour. His colleague NEO who was assisting us with payment at the cashier counter was very friendly too. Xavier went the extra mile to call & inform me of the delay of delivery for the sofa & confirm date for the actual date delivery. ???up to the both of u & keep up the good work..

Saw the other reviews and was a-bit worried about the service, for me there was no hard-sales and she was very patient with all the nonsensical questions from me and my mum while providing good recommendations. Hence the review, 7 may 2022 I came down to get a storage bedframe made. The hydraulic piston felt sturdy and heard it came from Spain with a 10 year warranty. Now waiting for the delivery, i hope it will be as smooth as the shopping experience and i hope the bedframe is up to standard.

Despite the unforseen Covid situation in Malaysia which delayed our sofa for months, Mr Samuel How and his Showroom manager - Calvin Goh did their best to service us. Mr Calvin Goh even help us by finding another manufacture so that they can fulfil the order earlier. Great job done, Mr Goh and thanks all for the great service.

He gave us honest advice on what was practical and which headboards were fuss-free to clean. We were also keen in viewing closets and dining chairs, so he patiently guided us while suggesting items that are durable and valued for money. It was a pleasant experience shopping at Nova and we look forward to receiving our purchase :)

Nova provides a lot customization, can also add electric recliners to all seats, or add seats. Delivery took 2 mths Generally good experience and good quality sofa at reasonable price

He showed us the different varieties of sofas based on our needs and also the beds which we are considering. We settled for the sofa which was recommended by him and explained to us clearly the usage of the stools and head rest too. Very satisfied with Jingkang's service. Will definitely return to look for him for future purchases. However, the front counter staff (2 ladies) were quite unfriendly. Should have been more professional instead of shouting infront of us.
