★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses and medical professionals were all very helpful. Made sure that I was comfortable and all. However, the front desk lady attitude is really really BAD. She was rude and impatient when probe with questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for my toddler's teeth surgery. The front desk lady (young Chinese lady, presumably local Singaporean, with spectacles) was rude and did not know how to speak in proper language and manner with fellow human being...the attitude was really bad that she was even using some bad words while complaining about her job/surrounding to her colleague, loud enough for everyone at the waiting area to hear. When I made a transaction mistake, she refused to help to re-do the transaction and just said "I'm very busy". This was my first of such bad experience with private hospital...I've never experienced this level of service with other private, or even public hospital so far. Quite disappointing
On the other hand, the medical staffs including the nurses and doctors are actually really helpful and friendly. They were so patient with kid and helped to comfort.
It is such a disgrace that the front service would bring a bad name to a company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having seen the other negative reviews, I was a bit worried when my surgery was scheduled at Novena Surgery. However, my experience was very positive and it's clear the concerns were unfounded.
From start to finish, the staff at Novena Surgery went out of their way to make me comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff and the nurses were all very kind and patient. The Center is professionally run and I found the recovery room to be very clean.
Thanks to all the staff for making it a smooth surgery and caring for me.
