β β β β β 9am appointment to see doctor to review health screening result and have to wait 1 hour. What is the point of an appointment? Place is just trying to fleece people of their time and money

β β β β β Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Impressed with the comfortable ambiance within the premise. Medical staff and Specialists are understanding and meticulous.
Worth then waiting time & effort, I believe that the time spend for my consultation will be similar for other people to have their health concerns addressed.

β β β β β Worst experience with the Front Desk. My wife appointment is on 9:00 AM, doctors came in and went out due to emergency call out in hospital - this is understandable. The annoying part is the front desk never inform my wife doctors has gone out and she wasted half an hour waiting there until she went to front desk to ask, it was then she was informed on this. Worst part is when we call to complain - they insist they have informed my wife ??? If she has been informed, how would she wait there for half an hour. Doctor may be the first class, but front desk and admin management definitely is 3rd -tier service. Response from the call is unprofessional and disappointing

β β β β β Nurse who jabbed me the sinopharm is not very professional. She did not explain to me what I should take note of after jabbed. She also did not give signal that she is going to jab me or asked me relax and all of a suddenly jabbed and feel the pain on my shoulder. Hope the 2doses jab will be a better experience.

β β β β β I started to have chest pain after my 2nd jab of sinopharm with them.. Tried to call them multiple times for assistance and manage to get through once and the lady on the phone said will check with the doctor.. Its been a week and I have yet to hear from them. I decided to go visit the doctor at A&E and I am now referred to a cardiologist for adnormal ecg readings..

β β β β β Not so good experience. I was there to do my MRI and before the procedure, the nurse asked me routine but sensitive questions like when was the date of my last menses. While there was a male patient just two seats away from me. I felt my privacy was compromised. And please fix your locker number 5, for goodness' sake.
