My wisdom tooth surgery experience was really good with Dr Jeevan and his team. Appointment making was smooth and the consultation was transparent and clear. The surgery was quick and my recovery went well. Dr Jeevan was reassured me greatly throughout the process as I was extremely nervous. Highly recommended!

It was a very pleasant experience from start to end. The receptionist was clear and polite, and ever so patient in explaining the recovery procedures to the patients. The dentist is caring and professional, and makes patients feel settled. The dental assistant was obliging and helped to change my gauze even though she was preparing to leave (for break). Strongly recommend this clinic. ?

I have stated clearly in my booking form that i am deaf 5 day laters, clinic send email saying it tries to reach my number but failed It suggest i rebook again and ask someone else to help me. I cannot accept your suggestion as that is insulting .why? I am already 50 and trying to be independent , not to depend on my relatives.

I am utterly disappointed with the front desk lady who was totally rude. She need to take some customer service course! Yea I was late. Seeking your understanding at least, they should try to understand that the traffic was unpredictable. My appointment was at 11.30am - unfortunately, I drove all the way from Tampines to Choa Chu Kang just to see Dr Jeevan and was informed that since I was late for 10mins, Dr had left. That’s it! Wasted my trip! At least u guys can call me while waiting right ? Just to confirm whether or not I was on my way or something!! Bad service really. Will never step to that clinic ever again.

Dr Jeevan, very professional and made me overcome my fear of the dentist. Receptionist very welcoming and polite. Strongly recommend a visit here, especially those with dentist phobia like myself. Environment is also very calming.

Had a very bad sudden migraine and tooth over the weekend. Made arrangements to see Doctor Jeevan as an urgent appointment. After initial assessment done and listening to his advices of what is the ROOT cause (pun intended ?) I decided to go for a tooth extraction. The nurse was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable and if I needed the aircon to be adjusted if I was too cold. The process of tooth extraction was smooth sailing and the Doctor Jeevan is a real master at his work. He made it seem so easy, kept assuring and comforting me while making it as painless as he can. After that he made sure I knew the procedure of how to change the gauze with a demonstration. The clinic receptionist later explain all the medication steps I need to take and even gave advice on when I should star them. Kudos again to Doctor Jeevan and his team and keep up the good work ????

Excellent Customer service oriented, the front counter staff Ms Floman and Ms Julie, These ladies were very overwhelmed. Especially Ms Floman when the time i had called she was so soothing with her voice and patiently had arranged immediate appointment.. Special Thanks to Dr Jeevan, who had did my tooth surgery, He explained the procedure clearly. He was very patiently and comfort me during the procedure. Thank you Dr Jeevan who had lessons the tooth pain Overall for a Dental phobia like me ?.. Didn't feel the phobia that much with this experience.
