J	James Jong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't go to this place if I can help it. They treat you like 'lepers' and like you're a nuisance when servicing you. NTUC should just shut down this place and move it to a heartland.

Didnt explain or notify me anything, so now i got penalise over late reporting (after a day) which is not my fault and no claims at all. NCD gone. Shouldnt even have reported and your customer service didnt even tell me anything.
J	Jyeo Teow Hee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are security at the entrance to the income centre. Need to bring your identity card plus post appointment date and time in order to enter. For Insurance matter best to see is Ms. Lacey, a professional Customer service officer that can give good advice.
B	Brandon Chin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 3 year home insurance since 31 Oct 2020 as there was a promotion which comes with Google home mini. Enquiring them on the free gift and was told by customer service that redemption letters for the Promotional Gift will be mailed to the applicants within two months from the end of the Promotion Period at their addresses registered with Income during the applications for the Qualifying Policies. Did not receive anything for 2 months. Checked with them again on 09 Jan, got reply on 12 Jan that they have forwarded your email to our relevant department for assistance. Did not hear back from them since then. Sent a chaser on 22 Jan and got a similar response on 26 Jan. Did not hear back from them again since then.

K	Kenny Doritos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unresponsive customer service with poor clarifications over email. Wrote in to them and I had to continuously prompt them for a follow up reply. And when they finally replied, the response was not conclusive and I had to hound them again for a better response. This has dragged on for 2 weeks so far and I had not gotten an answer to my inquiries. edit: I gave up liaising with them via email and called them immediately. Took quite a long while to get connected to a customer service representative. But the customer service officer, Margaret, has been very helpful and patient with my inquires.
