I'm surprised that they haven't closed down. How do I even report this doctor to MOH or the relevant department? He should never be allowed to practice as a doctor ever. This person is a disgrace to the healthcare industry. Unethical, rude and plain ignorance. He's not even fit to be called a human.

Rude doctor. No empathy. Poor knowledge from the receptionist. Will not visit again. Please visit other clinics.

Doc kinda introvert. But as the receptionist explained, when he is on the screen not talking, he is thinking about what meds to prescribe. His diagnostics most of the time direct to the point and nothing else Not for patients looking for a tender loving care doctor. Good for patients who is allergic to neurofern, doc have the alternative meds compared to the other clinic around the area.

If you have watched the British comedy "Doc Martin", the doctor here has got to be the Singaporean version of it. He is slightly robotic, lacks the human touch but is extremely efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosis. Yes, he avoids eye contact and rattles off a screen when asking about your symptoms, ending each item off the checklist with a monotonous "itself", ("Any fever itself? Any pain while breathing itself? Any sore throat itself?") but he clearly gets the job done, no frills style. I saw him years back and he refused to get antibiotics prescribed for a persistent cough. The cough magically disappeared after a week when I upped my sleep hours. He is also the most hygienic doctor I have seen. Once I went in with sore throat and swollen lymph nodes and he examined them with latex gloves. After disposing the gloves, he washed AND sanitized his hands. If you go to a community healthcare provider (polyclinic or SATA, the chances are they would either examine your neck un-gloved or they would just discard the glove and carry on as usual). I am a hypochondriac and often self- diagnose in error. I told him that I suspect my persistent cough was mycoplasma pneumoniae, my sore throat and swollen lymph nodes was toxic poisoning or hyperthyroidism. In all cases, he ran his checklist of symptoms with me, and in conclusion, told me to get plenty of rest and self monitor, and prescribed cough syrup and lozenges. I did not find him dismissive at all because that's how medical consultations should be like - fast and scientific, without fussing, hemming or hawing. Oftimes, our modern ailments are caused by capitalism-induced overwork and stress. This doctor just prescribes you the minimum to alleviate your symptoms and discomfort and allows your body to do it's own natural healing. The receptionist auntie often tells me "if not pain/no fever/no diarrhea, don't need to take". If you're looking for a doctor who can give you a magic cure for your sickness, no, anyone who is informed enough knows that that's not how medical science works. Give this man some credit, because of doctors like him, we don't have to spend more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. If I could diagnose this doctor, he has Aspergic-like traits and is on the autism spectrum. And/or he had some psychological condition or trauma (much like Doc Martin) that renders him unable to practice as a specialist, hence the chronic glum look on his face. All this talk about becoming an inclusive society is a load of bull when people here can't even tolerate a competent doctor who is no-nonsense and straight-talking, who might have some condition of his own. If you want to get serviced properly and feel exclusive, the clinic is not the place, how about the gigolo bar? ?

Avoid at all cost. Went for serology test and was not informed prior to taking the test that they were unable to process vaccination status update for foreigners on tourist visa (I.e. update using passport no.) Then refused to provide any form of refund (refused even partial refund) even though it was their oversight. Please do not visit them to avoid disappointment, damage to your wallet and wasting your precious time. You are welcome! :) would give zero star rating if I could!

How do I give a no star review for this clinic? I went many years ago and told myself I’ll never come back to see the doctor again because of he was rude. Can’t remember what happened but I know I left the clinic feeling offended. This time round, because of my usual clinics being overwhelmed by covid patients, I decided to go to this one because they literally have no patients. Went to ask about a pain on the right side of the abdomen as I wanted to rule out that it’s complications from my laproscopic surgery a month ago. As I’m looking for the discharge documents on my phone, Dr Tay basically said β€œif it’s on your phone I can’t scan!” I thought to myself.. but can email right? anyway, because at this point I just want to leave the clinic and seek help elsewhere, I asked for a referral to a gynaecologist in case my pain persists after taking painkillers. In response, he said β€œthen you should go back to the gynae who did your surgery!” TLDR: you can’t ask this doctor any questions. Only he can. Was I surprised? Not really after my previous experience. I did however asked my husband who accompanied me throughout and he’s always giving everyone the benefit of the doubt. My husband’s response: β€œwhat’s his problem?”

If I can give zero stars, I will. I will never return to this clinic. This clinic really should not exist. The doctor is the most condescending person I've ever met. Do not even treat elderly patients with manners! Does not explain diagnosis and but just dispenses bunch of medication. Worst of all, it was a misdiagnosis which resulted in my illness having taken a turn for the worse. I am not one to usually post a review online and I take it with a pinch of salt, but I feel like I have to warn the others to NEVER EVER go there. It feels like the doctor has no idea what he's talking about, does not ask proper questions and has a terrible attitude.

Went there for my flu jab with a friend. It was a breeze, in and out within 5 minutes. Doctor was straight to the point and no long winded talk unlike other doctors. I appreciate this kind of service and i prefer not to hang around a clinic full of sickly people- this clinic is great as it has lots of space outside where u can hang out if the clinic is crowded. Parking available right next to the clinic which is super convenient for me to park and alight and go. Definitely coming back for my twice yearly flu jab again.
