Yep service can be very luke warm. But the med works perfectly great. That's the most important.

I called with regards to their consultation fees & the staff answered with a two word answer. Upon thanking her on it, she hung up on me halfway & with a loud thud. So isit wrong for me to call & enquire or what's her issue? I'm a staff dealing with customer service & so does she but people are coming to your clinic for your service but if this what you're offering then I think other clinics in that area deserves a better chance to drop by & have us serviced. No star for this due to the rude service from the staff & the reason for a staff is because, if I don't put a star for this, I won't be able to post my feedback.

Dr Neo is a very experienced and careful doctor who is always very thorough in his checks and always gives good meds that really works well. staff service maybe on the lukewarm side, but i come here for the doctor, not the staff.

Dr Neo is experienced and very thorough in his examinations. I trust his methodical way of examinations, leaving nothing to chance. He’s very professional and definitely can be trusted. I used to be scared of him when I was younger cos he was strict and fierce but he stopped being that way a decade ago I think. Just call and check to see if clinic is open before going down. Will save you a trip in case it’s not open.

Experience, responsible, detailed, patience and professional. You hardly find these traits in doctor anymore. Most of them just use stethoscope like a touch and go devices.

Don't go to this clinic if you are sick and you illness cannot be cure by panadol. Trust me don't go there. Last year, my mom had stomach ache, gastric ulcer. Dr Neo ask my mom to do a blood test, found out it is gastric ulcer. Give her 3 types of medicine, 2 of which is for curing stomach ulcer. Yes two types of the medicine that does the same thing. And the last medicine is for curing pneumonia. You read that right, pneumonia, a lung infection medicine is sold to my mom when she had a stomach problem. (Took two week of medicine see no signs of recovery. The condition keep going back and forth. Hence went for other outs and manage to recover) That is not the worst. Today my mom went to that clinic again because her throat felt like burning. It is has been lasting for a month now and it is getting worst. Dr Neo suggest my mom to do a blood test because her throat issue could be due to diabetes. That is not the most ridiculous part. The most ridiculous part is Dr Neo say that he does not know what illness my mom got but he sold Acetylcysteine, bilaxten and polarine this 3 medicine to my mom. Good thing I google those medicine and found out that those medicine cures lung disease, pollen allergy and runny nose respectively. Nothing to do with throat or diabetes which Dr Neo suspect.

Could only trust Dr Neo for my whole family! Could not imagine how to survive next time if without him for serious! Very experienced and thorough ! Not just a random GP ! He is a GP but provided specialist treatment and medication! Staff service are not as important, what that truly matters is the medicine the nurse took are correct and doctor professionalism. Been trusting him for decades. I travelled all the way down to see him , don't bother to see my neighbourhood doctors at all seriously. Only Dr Neo cures.
