Raffles Medical Hillion Mall - #02-07

I did pay my medicine first and waiting a repley to collect it. Few week gone already and I call the clinic to ask my medicine, the service lady told me they already call me before and can see it in the system. How come I can not remember it. The medicine is very important to me that I will not forget. I think maybe they call me but I didn't catch the phone so they don't call me black again. Overall the service is not friendly I have to say.

service not good. Doctor is busy and staff impatient

Seem like a common complain since long ago. Personally called countless times, no one pick up. Why ask me to call to change appointment when no one ever picks?

Terrible experience.Doctor didn't prescribe the right medication which resulted me having high fever n lost of voice. Will never go again

Had to do my pre departure test (ART) and was turned away by them because they told me it was too risky as my flight was at 12.10am the next day and my appointment was at 10.30am. They said results will only be sent by 12pm the next day. I told them my flight is in the morning and they told me to go to emergency centre to do my ART to get my results in 5-6 hours. Called the emergency centre and they told me ART results SHOULD BE sent in 30-40mins and that I do not need to go to the emergency centre. I am very disappointed as I am not sure if the staff at hillion mall is confused or have a lack of information regarding pre departure tests. I was extremely stressed and frustrated as there were long queues at hillion and waited almost 40 mins just to enter and for them to turn me away. The clinic is small and not well mended.

My wife and son went today 13th June at 215pm. My 8 yr old son has an eye infection. Reception counter staff (has no name tag)was unprofessional and rude. Pls improve Raffles medical group deserves and can do better

Went there for my cruise ART swab test. Went on the first day but apparently appointment needs to be made. I was there with my brother and grandma whom also needed their ART done. The people at the counter weren’t that friendly except the guy which looked to be a trainee of a sort as he wasn’t wearing the “clothes” the other were. So i had to pass my mum my phone to speak to the guy as if she called no one would pick up (based on reviews so i js passed them my phone) i think my mum clarified everything and we came the next day. Aka today, i just took my ART. Paid $27 which imo, service and treatment wise it’s rather over priced… like i literally have the same kit at home. I’m just here for a printed piece of paper which states that I’m negative… now waiting 30 mins for the paper. Their instructions are unclear and very disorganised. Also, you aren’t allowed to wait inside despite there being many empty seats. So you have to squeeze yourself at the small “bench” outside. To add on, i made an appointment and so did my other 2 family members. They said that booking timing doesn’t matter? And we could all just take the ART together? Then what’s the point of booking? I don’t know, genuinely would not come again. And do not recommend anyone else to go. Just find another near by clinic at like Bukit Panjang Plaza. Would probably be more affordable too.

The worst possible experience you can expect. It starts from lining you up for the queue ticket to enter, which takes like an hour, so the booking you do doesn’t have any value. I don’t get it why they don’t give the queue ticket early and let people wait wherever they want. Plus they won’t let you sit inside even if there’s empty spaces. The clinic doesn’t have own washroom, so if you need urine testing or anything you’ll need to use a washroom outside of the clinic. And finally the result time of the health screening. It’s been 2 months and I’ve gotten nothing. I called multiple times and they never pick up, except for once. That time they said they’ll be back to me in the afternoon, but it’s been at least 15 afternoons already haha. So go at your own risk.
