β β β β β Visited the branch on 21 Dec 2020 to change money for my company. The customer service is good. Seats were available so I could sit and wait for my turn. Limited counters were open which resulted in a long waiting time.
Waited around 30 minutes. It will be perfect if more counters were open so that waiting time can be reduced.
Update on 25 Jan 2021: I visited in the afternoon for some transaction for my company, the queue time is shorter, waited 15minutes.

β β β β β Did a couple of transactions at the premier banking counter upstairs. Fantastic & awesome service from Ms. Bee Leng. Give yourselves a high 5! Coming over again tomorrow on 4th Feb 2022 for some transactions in the afternoon. I'm pretty sure the service will be just as good as before...if not better! Exceeded expectations! Ms. Helen Wong should be very proud of you folks! Li Chun (η«ζ₯) tomorrow!

β β β β β Super bad service. Staff (name starting C and another one N) were not happy to just change addr for me, and asked me to apply ATM card (at my own cost, but not told me)???
Thanks OCBC and the well trained staffs. I will cancel my credit card used for 5+ yrs and saving acc. GOODBYE

β β β β β Your bank teller Ms Sally Toh does not appear to be very customer-oriented. I would strongly suggest Management consider reassigning her to a back office role since she seems to dislike serving customers so much.
Just closed my account today. No regrets.
