Waste of people’s time. Frontline staff did not screen through walk-in customers to avoid wasting time of others and also to reduce queues too.

Impatience, unfriendly and rude service! Never ever I was treated badly in the bank! As first time customer wanting to open new account due to convenience location. Impatience staff always on the rush on next number in barely 10sec! For first time customer like me, I having hard time to locate counter number that printed on the glass door as other customers are blocking and standing around it. Who would ever thought opening an account will be in private room instead of regular counter which I been paying attention. Poor explanation and impatience staff. Greeted by extremely rude, zero eyes contact and impatient staff during my opening account. Feeling so unwelcoming and her tone of voice are extremely rude and impatient. Regretted my choice of bank. Customer service way way behind and no where near POSB and STANDARD CHARTERED.

Visited this branch due to excessive crowding at Tampines after a public holiday - during Phase 2 period. Staff member at the entrance guiding people in/out - limiting the number of patrons that are to be inside. Proceeded with asking purpose of visit, and quickly prepared a slip for me - with regards to my issue; I needed a replacement ATM card. Waited in queue inside. Organised crowd management. Number of staff were more than enough. Was quickly called in with 3 people in front of me. Teller briefly noted the issue and proceeded with further steps. Everything was quick and easy. Received a temporary card. Another staff at entrance made sure everyone checks out before leaving.

Got an e-queue number via the OCBC app. Arrived on time for my number to be called. there was a long queue outside the branch. I went to the front to show the staff my e-queue number (it was my turn next), staff told me even though I have a number, he’ll let me in this time but I will have to queue outside next time because it will “look bad to those in the queue” if he lets me in. What’s the point of using their ez queue system and getting a queue number then? Proceeded to wait awhile more inside, got called to the counter, told the lady I’d like to order 3 cashier’s orders. She gave me the forms to fill out and told me to wait at the side when I was done. Filled it all out in less than a minute, she saw me standing at the side, asked me to go back to the benches to sit. She then proceeded to serve other customers for over half an hour and kinda forgot me? I had to stand and lurk around the desk before she finally noticed me again and called me back to process my cashier’s orders. She even asked “oh you went somewhere after you filled out the forms is it?” I was literally in the seat right in front of the counter where she asked me to go sit the whole time. Was she trying to explain how she forgot me? Staff had the cheek to tell me to rate her service E for “exceed” when I get the feedback sms. I literally looked at her with disbelief but had no time to engage with her over this as She had already wasted enough of my time and I was late. Overall ridiculous experience here.

Excellent service from Eugenna Yap and Deon Khng. If they din help me with my card guess I won't be able to have my replacement card till few days later. ? BTW morning cisco officer also very friendly. Pls continue to keep up the good work! ?

Deon Khng at whitesands ocbc bank was so helpful eventhough there was so much crowd. Very helpful n friendly. A real asset to the bank

Wonderful experience at OCBC White sands. I was in a rush and needed a replacement token. A young male staffer attended to me and informed me that I could activate an etoken online through their app. He sat down with me and showed me how to do it with his phone. Saved me a lot of time and trouble. Superb, efficient service!
