J	Jils T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inconsistent taste in the drink. ordered golden avocado milk 3 times before with less ice, first 2 times was good even though it differed a little. the 3rd time was the worst I've had. Ice was filled from bottom to the brim, and I asked for less ice. The staff insisted it is less ice, till I tilt the cup to show her the amount of ice there is before she agreed to change. so yes they 'changed' and added just water I suppose, cuz it did not have any smoothness of avocados nor the fragrance of the gula melaka from the previous 2 times I've had it. It was very obviously watered down. giving 2 stars for the friendly cashier and the previous times when the other staff members bothered to make a good cup of golden avocado milk.

Putting the blueberry syrup totally kill the entire drink. Firstly there is no green tea fragrance, 2nd, I ordered for zero sugar level and the drink is still so sweet and awful to drink. I can’t imagine if someone is going to ask for 50% sugar level, I can’t imagine how sweet it’s going to be. Totally spoil my mood and waste my money!!! Tea fragrance is very important for just a simple cup of BBT. Very disappointing

More than 50% of the time, the pearls are not up to standard. The tea's taste is also often inconsistent, but not to the same extent as the quality of pearls. My main issue with this outlet is the service quality. The younger and possibly newer staff are usually more polite, patient and service oriented. However, two full-time staff stand out in terms of negative service behaviour. The outlet manager, although seemingly cheerful, is occasionally not tactful and often berate her staff in the presence of customers. And another female staff (~30 y.o), who is often rude, loud and uncouth. My experience with this outlet is always better with the absence of both staff.
