★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing words or clueless sales people? When purchasing the chair, the sales person said it takes about two weeks to deliver. After two weeks, we called the service center to find out that it takes up till 21 working days to deliver meaning up to four weeks of waiting. Considering these chairs cost you a pretty penny, expected better service than this. Still waiting for our chair to arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Masster Drive chair just before Mother's Day. It was not cheap,but worth it.
The IMM staff said they had ran out of stock for the cleaning kit.They arranged to send it together with the chair on the delivery day.
The chair arrived after two weeks but without a cleaning kit. The man told us to collect at any outlet after two weeks.
Two weeks later,my wife went to the same store at IMM. The staff told my wife "you have to wait,we will contact you when the stock arrived ,then you come and collect".
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS IT???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought this item last Friday and fortunately it was on sale for their Father’s day special. Original price was $258 but paid $168 with a uear warranty.
This machine provide us a very good relief after a tiring work week. The rollers are very strong to loosen up your tight muscles. Also, very mobile where in we can enjoy a good massage while watching a movie in our living room. Although I tried it twice and there was a squeaking sound in the rollers. I am planning to bring this back to the store to have it checked and hoping for a replacement. But overall, it is a good purchase.
