OSIM

Just bought the i-divineV. Pretty ok except that it is a little noisy. Continous buzzing sound is pretty irritating.

Knowledgeable sales promoters who are ever ready to serve and let you test and experience the massage chair. They don't hard sell and just create the right opportunity for you to experience the OSIM massage chair. I ended up with the OSIM foot massager, which I've been using every day for about 1 hour at night. The "Sleeping" mode massage truly helps me get sleepy.

A chinese lady at Ang Mo Kio Hub outlet serving me really have bad service. She select customer to serve. She was serving me half way and a guy customer walk in, i was asking question to clear my doubts and she serve me half hearted and eyes turning wanting to serve the guy customer. I will never buy from them. They don't deserve earning my money. Not attentive and cannot be bother to serve.

My very own humble feedback as what I had personally faced. Visited them wanted to experience the udream, met the sales lady by the name of chun li very hard selling sales representative when finish testing was almost force to make purchase/deposit as the massage chair cost more than 5k I think we would need a day or two to make decision BUT she was so demanding making so much excuse like she on leave and won't be able to assist after consideration. Osim just to let you know the following day we still bought 2 udream from chris parkway parade outlet which is more sales oriented. What shock me is when chun li from amk outlet found out I made 2 purchase of udream she texted me via watsapp saying she is disappointed as I never make the purchases from her but anything about osim udream usage I can check with her, out of good gesture I reply her and found out she block me ! The best part she even tell me she dream of me buying from her that's sound so crazy .

Honest and sincere staff Don Ng and always there to assist me and my family when needed. I highly recommend my friends or colleagues to support him at osim amk as his good services without fail.

Was served by Don Ng. A very patient and professional guy who constantly assured us it was ok even though we were already past the closing time. He explanation was clear and cleared our doubts, without not a tinge of exaggerations.

I always love to shop at Osim Ang Mo Kio Hub. Last October I wanted to buy a massage chair for my daughter's birthday and went to AMK hub outlet and was served by Don. I was recommended Uthrone with great offer and free gifts, I wanted a purple ? colour and needed to place an order which will only arrived after my daughter's birthday. Don was so kind to help me search and follow up, to my surprised he managed to get it done for me. I was so impressed. ?
