OSIM

Really dissapointed with the service at IMM branch, no one willing to serve us when we are looking at the Osim Disney stuff massage stuff. Apparently they are being "picky", only attend those customers that are looking for big stuff like massage chairs etc. 2 male staffs were just standing behind chit chatting despite of several waves from us. Bad experience, will definitely not buy from this branch ??

Went to take a look at their Osim uThrone at their IMM outlet. Was attended to by a sales associate Minnie. Bubbly personality and attentive without being pushy. Gave us lots of information!

Very welcoming staff. I never bought from OSIM coz I was not attend from any executive in other OSIM outlets. But when i came here , I met Kylie , she helped me with so much of details and first time in my life I have met a executive who intend to help me rather than only "selling product". I could not stop myself from buying DIY product for myself.

Big Thanks to Pic Chong (Xiao Zhu) for her exceptional service! Went down to IMM to try out different brands of massage chairs. Although, we already had more or less decided what to buy, we decided to venture into OSIM to just have a look see. OSIM wasn't in initial consideration due to price point. Store was packed with customers, however Xiao Zhu quickly acknowledged our presence, handled her other customers and served us. She was very knowledgeable in the products, feeding us all the important information while we tested the chairs. I was very impressed and heartened that she ran up and down to my mum, wife and myself who were each trying out a chair, making sure none of us was forsaken. We ended up buying uDivine from OSIM as she was so persuasive and made us felt comfortable as she did not hard sell. Of course the product is totally next level too. All the paperwork was carried out smoothly too. Overall very pleasant experience I'm glad we did went into OSIM! All the other staffs was friendly too. Xiao Zhu made us understand why OSIM is the market leader!

Minnie was really helpful in advice and description of the machines, for a tall person like me (191cm). Being knowledgeable of the product and typical need of customers needing a massage. Targeting the right area during demo. The machines were generally good with shoulder and back massage but the design is not for tall people, if using arm massage will be very uncomfortable and awkward position. Can’t really straighten my legs or fully insert into the leg compartment while doing the zero gravity. perhaps OSIM can look into designing a massage chair for American build and get NBA stars to be brand ambassador to proof a point for the chair to fit anyone.

Very pleasant experience. Ms Minnie was very proactive and took time to explain on the product and promo. I’m really impressed.

Bought a Ujolly 2 Smart from Sales Associate Minnie Chan. Minnie is knowledgeable in her products and takes time to carefully explain its features. She’s humorous and very patient. Definitely an asset to the company. Well done!
