DA Clinic @ Anchorvale - 351 Anchorvale Rd

On the afternoon of January 28, I went to see a doctor at the clinic at Sengkang Anchorvake Blk 351. They showed that they worked until 4 pm. I arrived at the clinic at 3:35, but the front desk told me that they would not accept patients at 3:30. I told them that I , cough fever, runny nose, sore throat, tested positive at home, can you ask the doctor to take a look? They said sorry, no, because after 3:30 no patients were admitted. There was no one in line at the clinic at that time! If you do not receive guests at 3:30, you should write it clearly at the door, and it should also be clearly stated on Google. I stayed up until 6pm to go to the doctor and told the doctor about my fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat, and told him that there were three people in our office, we all had the same symptoms, and they were diagnosed. Because there are children and elderly people at home, I want to do PCR, but the doctor directly refused! But the people around me, if it's as serious as me, the clinic has done PCR, but they don't allow me to do it, then I say I'll pay it myself, more than 100 yuan, when I said that the doctor agreed immediately, and I was very enthusiastic ! The next day I came to the clinic again because I was very uncomfortable, because it was almost Chinese New Year, and there were elderly people and children at home. I was anxious to know the PCR results. In the end, she told me that my test had not been sent to the hospital for testing. I'm very unhappy, everyone around me can do pcr, it's free, and the results come out very quickly, and mine was a night apart and they didn't pass it on to the relevant departments, it's really bad! The doctor on the 28th did not even speak more than 5 sentences when he helped me see a doctor. I felt that the experience was very poor! Called to ask and no one called.

Theres no Permanent Doctor. Sometimes Clinic is open without any Doctor on Duty. Best is to call before go down

I came in early morning. There are 3 admin staffs. The clinic is located at small HDB ground floor. I requested for the PCR test and all the procedure is fast and smooth. The clinic is compact size. You can download DA application and pay in advance for the service. The charge is lower than other clinic for this service. This is my first time at this DA clinic and rate for service and friendly admin staff.

Came here because My Family Clinic @ Anchorvale is closed. I like the counter staff here, very quick and professional and friendly, doctor was very cool and chill. Will come again if my nearby clinic is closed :)

Went to see the doctor on 1st of July 2022 around 7 pm. Male Doctor very attentive and friendly. Both service staff is also very patient and helpful.

Waited 25 minutes to see the locum doctor even though I was the second in the queue, and waited another 20 minutes to get my medicines. The quality of care was not up to standard. She issued the wrong type of Fluimucil medication for me and prescribed the 100mg sachets instead of the 600mg tablet. The endorsed MC given was for February 2021. Doctor also did not know how to use the ear thermometer. Today is the fourth day that I am on the medication she had prescribed, and my condition has not gotten any better. I went to get a second opinion, only to be informed that some phlegm had gotten into my right lung, and I need to be given antibiotics. If she had known what she was doing, I need not spend the night coughing and wheezing. I probably would have recovered by now. I dont get how this the clinic can get away with standards like this? Edit: It's been 5 working days since i wrote in and no one has responded nor dropped me a call.

The clinic reception area is not clearly indicated like which one is for registration and payment. The staff noticed me after I entered, I did not disturb them since they were talking each other so I thought they have not done the previous registration. I sat there and wait for them to call me unfortunately no one did so. Another patient came in and approached counter for registration. It was my second time visiting the clinic after 2020, I left and went to another clinic.

cons ------- I visited this clinic with my aged mom to do long term visit pass health screening on Sunday and the staff told me to come another day. This is not the first time I have been asked to come another time. if the clinic can provide when to visit for what service in the website or outside the clinic it would be better. Pros ------- I also visited the same clinic with another day with my mom for hand pain and the duty doctor did thorough checking and provided very good service.
