★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have the worst experience today (21-Jun-2020, 1150hr) with your one of your staff at SPC station (Punggol).
As there was no chicken wings on display, I asked your staff politely how Long I have to wait if I were to place order. She replied rudely that “I have to wait! Not so fast!” and repeated the same phrase twice when I asked her to estimate the waiting time. She then walked away and left me dumbfounded! Is this how Old Chang Kee management train your staff to be rude to customers? Please look into this seriously. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprisingly they serve a good breakfast range with noodles and rice. I chanced upon it while I was early one morning. They have a mee siam which is dry and they also give you the gravy to add in. But it is nice to be eaten dry and I think adding the gravy in spoils the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Besides the limited variety, the curry puffs are soggy and do not taste fresh at all. On the work ethos, the server gets weird uptight over chili sauce and insists that the chili dispenser is reserved strictly for the sticks of "large fish balls" only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a old Chang kee store located in a petrol station, I must say the selection is plentyful. This is to ensure the high quality of food, I tried the curry puff and sotong head. Both is fresh, crispy and very hot. The potato, egg and chicken tastes excatly from other stores in orchard, yishun or jurong. I squeeze a large amount of chilli sauce onto the sotong head, they staff have no objection to it. It's a delight to be able to buy snacks and get your car fuel up. Best idea ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and experience with this old chang kee outlet. Order through deliveroo for their 10 selection bundle with 2 free curry O. Order came without 3 of the selections and the 2 free curry O. Their explanation to deliveroo was that they do not have anymore curry O and 3 of the selection . Order was made at 1pm in the afternoon so how could they ran out of curry o. If you do not have curry o or any other food selection, please remove the selection from the website. People order the 10 pieces bundle to enjoy the free curry o. If not, any othet selection will do. If all other old chang kee outlets can do that, why cant you.
