β β β β β Before purchasing the cash voucher, I have confirmed with the staff and she mentioned can be used. Hence I proceed to buy the $5 cash voucher. After choosing my OCK items, she said promotion item cannot be used. OK fair enough, I proceed to buy those not on promotion which cost $4.60 in total. She again said cannot! I have to spend above $5 in order to use the voucher. In the end I hv to spend $6+ and top up of $1.10 to utitilise the voucher. Dunno don't act smart. I'm referring to you at OCK waterway point on 5th March 2021 at 1pm. Term & conditions stated no minimum spend, usable with in store promotion : Yes.

First time Iβm having a order error at old Chang kee and they are not even busy. Wonβt buy from them again.
