β β β β β Terrible food. Standard getting worse and worse. Bought crab nuggets around 11am, and the food tasted like its overnight. Can taste the overnight oil. Very bad and dirty. They should not make so much at night if they cannot sell finish for the day.

β β β β β Went to get fish for our little girl. The first staff who attended to us was accomodating and told us to treat the water first before buying a fish. So when we did and came back to buy, the one who assisted this time is very unfriendly. He anyhow took the fishes, then I asked f can he take all the same color, he asked me to go and take myself! Very rude and surely would lose customers if will be assisted by that guy! His black face and his poor service is not a place to bring your kid when finding a fish.

β β β β β Located next to Sengkang MRT. The queue never ends suggesting how good the business is and the wide selection of finger food available. The food and service standard are okay and typically the same as other Old Chang Kee outlets.

β β β β β The auntie with curly blond hair and black specs packing the food is very rude. Unpleasant. But the Malaysian Auntie at the cashier is quite nice. :-) X

β β β β β Only been here a few times because I just moved to Sengkang. First, let me clarify, I don't discriminate against seniors, but they always serve too slow and lead to long queues, I know it's located in front of the MRT exit and the entrance to the mall, but if you compare the stores next to it, you'll understand what I meant.
Next, staff are really rude. Iβve already unsatisfied with the service but last time Iβve been to, the words that the staff told me was totally freak me out.
βQuickly!What do you want?!β I bear the word and try to made it simple because I donβt want to get any trouble or argument.But after that, I canβt stand anymore. βGet your food and get out of here quickly!β
I has social phobia, Iβve really less chances to buy something by myself because Iβm afraid of contact and communicate with people. This experienced really persuade me not to visit here anymore to avoid this kind of situation happen again.
However, the foods are nice :)

β β β β β This is the first time I visited this place after a COCROACHES were found in their curry puffs. It didn't end well.
I just went to Old Chang Kee Sengkang compass one outlet. I ordered a sardine puff and a chicken-mushroom puff. The lady behind counter took the order and started mumbling something in Chinese. Later I came home and I realized I ve been given a curry puff and some kebab. Consideringy dietary needs I had to throw them away.
Racism in a different form? I don't know.

β β β β β Old Chang Kee is a popular shop selling fast moving local fried snacks.
It is situated opposite the entrance of Compass One Sengkang MRT at lvl one.
The entrance to the train station is directly opposite. So you will find several customers after exiting the gates making a beeline to queue for the snacks.
I'm not a fan of OCK. Unless I'm in a terrible hurry and there is nothing else to eat, I'll skip ock.
Social distancing rules are being followed. Staff are not rude. The food that is on display finishes really fast. At any time of the day you can see queues with people waiting patiently outside the shop to buy their favourite snack.
