There are lot of places that sell same thing, nothing special..no need to be rude and disrespect to customer!! Will never buy from them. Disgusting dough culture

You tiao and other food are all cold and soggy!!!! Worst you tiao in punggol. Very different from WWP. I don’t comment much but this made me to log in and feedback. Highly not recommended.

Went there on 3rd October. Ordered 5 fritters but received 4.5… oh man that’s integrity issue of the staff. Anyway the fritters are cold and yet staff was so rude, please… no one deserves that!

Was really disappointed the way that she responded. I asked if the food is available and her body language shows unwilling to attend to my enquiry. She can't assumed that all customers should know whatever food still available on that time. Her conversation was very rude, she said that this is the way that she communicate to people! I demanded to talk to her manager, asked for the HQ telephone number and she claimed that she is the manager but doesn't know what is the HQ telephone number! Strange!!!! As a manager YOU don't behave that way because you are the representative for the company! You should show a good image and not a bad behaviour and rude! Such a bad behaviour and very rude! You doesn't need to apologise just to comfort your customers, but if you have the decency and good manners your customers will understand! Honestly, I don't expect her to apologise because she is not the type that willingly will asked for! Very bad experience and will not ever buy their food again! Dough Culture, such a shame you have a staff and her behaviour was really not acceptable.

Every single time I came to buy their tau suan, or you tiao rojak, they either tell me sauce not ready, or not available... It's 1257hrs already n at times I came late afternoon, to get sauce not ready is really turn off.

The worst outlet for Dough Culture. Especially the fat short hair black polo tee Malay lady. Approach the other staff and at least says hello hello at least 3x and no response. Give me a CB 25cts look. Should have ordered alot of items then wait for them to pack and then say dun wan already. Will go Waterway Point and order in future. The staff there all very courteous.
