โ โ โ โ โ This is one of the most unpleasant experience I had. I would rate it negative stars out of 5 stars if there was a choice. When I read through the reviews, it was apparent that I was not the only customer that had the same problems with their customer service. Thus, I took extra precautions in the order comments but it was not sufficient. The customer service is still non-existent despite many, many communications with them.
1) When asked a simple question if I could have it delivered on coming Friday, there was no response (up till now, which is about 4 days)
2) I proceeded to make an order but mentioned *very explicitly* that I would like to have the order delivered on Friday.
3) The next day, the merchant proceeds to text me about the delivery TODAY (Tuesday) which is three days before my indicated date. I immediately informed her that I have stated very clearly in the order form that it must be on Friday. They noted it but ignored my comments, and delivered the parcel today, ignoring all the requests that I have noted. Either on the order form or through SMS.
4) It was a pain to accommodate the parcel as I have no more capacity in the fridge and this is an anticipated problem that I was trying to avoid that was not respected by the merchant at all. I have feedback to the merchant through SMS and also through the Shopee message platform but there has been ZERO acknowledgment.
This is one of my worst Shopee experience, similar to many users who showed pictures of the merchant leaving the parcel on the floor outside their doorstep without informing them.
It is a really bad experience as it shows that the customers are forced to accept such bully behavior from the merchant and have NO RIGHTS to choose even though we paid for the product.
BEWARE OF THIS MERCHANT!

โ โ โ โ โ Placed drink order through Shopee online on 11 March 2020, and seller says will deliver today (21 March 2020) but I have not receive (now already 5.42pm). Contact seller online through Shopee, haven't receive response ???
