A	Adelyn Low on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little hard to find the place but the OUE securities were really helpful with directing. Once I've reached, the staff was really nice and helpful giving me explanations with the coffee and telling me where the beans come from and how the coffee that i've ordered (cold brew) should taste like. (Cocoa, caramelly taste note to it) and it really does have those notes to it. Though it was a short experience but it was overall pleasant and i loved the japanese vibe to it. Great job.
C	C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee tasted good, but the famed iced cappuccino was half made of foam so not worth the $8. Would probably try the iced latte next time. Was great that the staff provided extensive explanation on the options. Downside - no skim or soy milk options.
A	Andrew Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a brand which I’ve been drinking since early days, before it was made famous by foreigners in Japan. Even in Japan, it has evolved since. Waited a couple of months for it to settle down before trying, as I was hoping most of the initial kinks in overseas outpost would be cleared by then. Came with high expectations and the exterior, interior, however tiny, were constant with the one in Japan. Nestled within an office building, located on the fourth level of Downtown Gallery, this was a much easier place to locate for first timers. Now let’s get to the coffee. To be fair, we ordered takeaways and thus, may not be the best representation of their coffee. Yet, it was ordinary at best. The beans and profile do not match those I had in Japan. Coffee, as compared to other cafes’ in Singapore, is so-so and we can find better ones here. However, I’ll be back for a second review. This time, I’ll have it on the spot and maybe have it as the first cup of the day.

There are some high tables and seats available and usually not too busy around here. They do not serve the baked custard here like their Japanese counterparts. The operating hours have changed since the Circuit Breaker. Do check before heading over.
V	Vinay Kamisetty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Speciality coffee shops in downtown, serves authentic Japanese chic coffee. Look out for iced cappucino, iced matcha cappucino..gives u unique taste - matured, roasted and mild caffeine.

However, the location is not good, being a tiny coffee bar at a corner with limited seats at level 4 of an office building. This can be an excellent coffee option for people who work in UOE to hang out during a 30-minute coffee break. Other than that, I see no reason to come all the way here to grab a cup of coffee - there are many better options. But of course, still should try and decide for yourself.

In fact, the staff was a tad domineering in her tone. Perhaps, she is the boss serving as a staff that morning. I ordered a regular cappuccino and it was of perfect temperature and taste.
