E	Eiuta Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is a very nice person, but the receptionist is horrible. Took my swab test today as per MOH's text. But the receptionist suddenly called me and said that the claims did not go through, and insisted me to pay up $130. She was extremely rude about it, and I found it absurd i had to pay that. So I decided to call MOH and MOH asked me to email them as I had a valid claim. The receptionist gave me 2 calls during my call with MOH. I gave a call back and she took the liberty to cancel my swab before consulting me or get my consent. Unethical and wasted my whole time waiting there.
k	kris ang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ given a 5 stars > its just becos of :- * Dr Loke is a great and professional doctor* But not the counter female staff *UNPROFESSIONAL who shouted/spoke rudely to the patients. 1) We're visit clinic as we are not well, always remember when a people is not well dun mean they dun have a temper. 2) Personally been to ths clinic for many years, have to say tht the counter female staff need to go for a anger management classes. Due have seen multiple times how she talk to those Foreign helper/worker. 3) Happen to yelling on me due to extra charges of blood test on a Sat... choose to move on by less visit ths clinic, but i must say i like how Dr Loke care for the patients...Good job Dr Loke and thank you

Receptionists are not as bad as how other says they are. They attended to me nicely, maybe it is just their style of talking. Would definitely come here again!

M	Morinosuke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm lucky to be living near this clinic as Dr. Loke Chok Loon is really good, he is thorough in assessing patients' symptoms and is cautious in his consultations. Very knowledgeable and reliable. The only caveat is that each consultation is rather long, but it's worth the wait. One of the older lady counter staff used to be quite rude but after some time I got used to her. The Indian lady staff that recently joined is a pleasant addition. She is friendly and an impressive polyglot (speaks English and Mandarin well as far as I observed).
y	ying bei loh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very patient and professional and has been proactive in managing my father’s health. Definitely better than most GPs who only look at the acute problem and not broader health issues and behaviours.

He's an affable and patient doctor who really looks into every of his patients' conditions while allaying their worries should they have one. The medications that he prescribes for my usual ailments work way better than what I get from other GPs. Had made calls before to the clinic for queries and it was answered patiently and well by the clinic assistants. Longer waiting times are to be expected due to it being a small clinic with only one doctor present every time, however it is worth it as every patient is well taken care.

However, the receptionists that handle his patient registration are totally the opposite with no customer service etiquette and rude. Past reviews posted here gave a clear and legit explanations on my experience today.
