★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy every time i go in and out of their clinic. Why? bcoz they are all friendly and accommodating and will really assist you. Yes, they are not perfect and we all know that but still they will see to it that they managed to help their costumers inside their clinic. Dr. Deepan, my favourite doctor:) helped me a lot with my plantar fasciitis journey:) . With all his recommendations and advices its now better. All the staffs are calm and soft spoken . Salute and giving high gratitude to Healthway Jurong West Central.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Deepen was very detailed in his diagnosis and explained clearly my condition. He was also very professional and observed all protocols when examining me for a full body assessment.
However, the other services needs improvement. I was there for a fasting blood test and my appt was at 9.20 a.m. but i only got to see the dr at 10.30. No one checked if I was ok, being diabetic and not having had breakfast and waiting for blood to be taken.
Next the toilets: since patients were required to take urine samples/ do dipstick , there wasnt a dustbin to dispose the used toilet paper/plastic cups. There was no Water supply in the cubicle & this is important to clean up since the toilets r common for both male /female. I had to withstand urine stains on the toilet seats. This is not to be tolerated esp at clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst attitude that you could expect from a clinic counter staff (plump lady). Decided to be rude to patients and just shouted across the desk.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is the doctor’s attitude is pleasant and nice. Otherwise it would be 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited outside for more than 2 hours. From unwell to become numb with additional headache due to waiting under the hot weather. Thankfully it is not serious otherwise ill faint in front of the door.
