★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor not punctual . Opening your is 6.30pm .but patient have to wait more than 1 hour for doctor .
Totally not professional .
This is my first time and also last time to see this clinic. Waste of my time.
Note that my queue number only 2 . Need to wait 1 and the half hours only come to my turn .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Wong may be unavailable at times but he is very detailed and meticulous with his diagnosis, can tell that he makes an effort in understanding patient's illness. Side note, it's best to call to check if he is in before you make a trip to the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth the one star? Doctor is not punctual. Moreover, Dr Wong is not in on Thursday evenings and yet MC was signed using his name by another 'doctor' whom I'm unfamiliar with. This dr treats his patients like a burden instead when they explain their ailments. No compassion, no professionalism. Never going back to this clinic. Way to go, they'll probably close down soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spoke the lady at the counter and she was raising her voice at me on the phone. Extremely rude with no customer service at all. She doesn’t realise that her salary comes from us patients paying the clinic. Would never go there again. I would have preferred to just deal with Dr Wong who is so much better in his customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Wong isnt in every time so have to call before going down to make sure hes in.
I went to see him because he specialises in dermatology and i have been having issues with my skin. went to another doctor before this and the meds the doc gave made my skin worst.
Dr Wong took time to understand my condition and gave me the necessary advices. He also reassured me not to be worry because he will help me get better.
Within 3 days of using the medications he prescribed, my face was back to it was before!
His consultation fee may be pricey but he solved the issues i had been having for months within days.
My sister also went to him years ago to treat her acne that she had been having all her life and he treated her too. Recommended for skin issues ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under staffed especially on weekend. My daughter waited 2 hrs just to take a queue nos. Was asked to come back in the afternoon. But they forgot she was there until reminded after 1.5hrs. Customer Service, interaction with patient and workflow is very poorly done. Why such established clinic don't put in effort to improve?
