My family members and I have been consulting Dr Chan for almost 12 years since we moved to Jurong. We love consulting Dr Chan as she is always very caring and take the time to address all our concerns and doubts. She is precise and sharp in all her dignosis. Although her clinic is busy most of the time, Dr Chan will go beyond to care for all her patients by even calling us to check on our conditons regularly, ensuring my family and I are all well. At times, when Dr Chan is oversea, she has these two regular lovely nurses, Sally and Jenny, who will call us to check on our condition, and have the ability to provide us with very good tips on how to maintain our chronic conditions and stay happily. Dr Chan offered a much better service than polyclinics, whose doctors are not nearly as experienced and tended to rush through consultations as many patients were using corporate cards. The polyclinic doctor that I had consulted before had only asked me what was wrong and proceeded to tell me that it was not what I had suspected and ended the consultation then, without actually telling me what then was wrong. This left me in pain for almost a month as I waited for a referral. When I consulted with Dr Chan, she was reassuring and not only answered my questions but actually gave me the actual diagnosis. Which I then proceeded to follow through with some simple physical therapy on my own that actually resulted in me no longer being in pain in under a week, without having to go through any expensive tests or treatments. In the end, it was only a waste of time to go to the polyclinic and I would have rather seen Dr Chan to begin with, which would have saved me the unnecessary time wasted, the worry and the money for having to make multiple trips to the polyclinic before actually getting a diagnosis from Dr Chan. She is very knowledgeable, reassuring and puts the patient's actual wellbeing ahead of simply turning a profit (by churning patients).

I switched from another GP to Tammy to manage my chronic illness and that was the best decision I made in my life, you can say it was a life saver. I now have a doctor who is interested in me as a human, who takes the time to explain my condition and offer clear lay person understandable language how to deal with my condition. With greater understanding it has motivated me to be more interested in my own health and make life choices based on evidence and understanding. I will continue to visit TC Family clinic more regularly as I have come to expect a caring doctor who has a keen interest in my long term well being.

very funny clinic, the clinic assistant always rejected a visit for consultation and said the doctor is busy, no time for interpreting health screening report, etc.... I have called at least 3 times to check. I am not sure why the review is good, but certainly give 1 star to the reception.

The staff at TC Family Clinic are friendly and helpful. I appreciate how Dr. Chan really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. Highly recommend.

Have been going to TC Family Clinic for more than 10 years. A trusted doctor, who knows and cares and is professional down to the prescriptions. Staff that try their best to help within their means. This is the one and only clinic I go to.

Went for a serology test. Doctor was very caring and explained the process of how my vaccination records will be uploaded into the system and verified so that my trace together will be updated with my overseas records. Staff also were attentive and made sure I knew the price beforehand.

TC Family clinic --- and Dr Chan is one of the best GPs I have ever encountered. The staff works like a swiss clock in terms of procedures. Dr Chan has got such a great approach toward an elderly patient like myself -- with respect, explains things patiently and in simpler terms I can understand. Over the years, I have recommended her to many of my friends.
