My first visit to this clinic, Dr n staff is OK, Dr in 9am, consultantation fees is the most ex that I have seen :(

Docter Benjamin the best Doctor in Khatib, however when hes not available on Mon and Thurs. Dr. Allswell will be the practitioner, equally good. However, it is very sad to say the clinic counter staffs are VERY RUDE. I called once, and told the staff, i am working at Tampines, will be there by 8.45, she was so fierce and told me, NO last call 8.30pm. I was very dissapointed, that Dr. Benjamin had been my family Doctor. My husband and his siblings, my son, mother in law only visits Apex and particularly Dr. Benjamin. Every patient he treats with care and concern, even advice us. Hes medicines are good and works well. Price is very affordable. He dianose us completely, before prescribing our medicine. It is very very sad to have a clinic with efficient Doctors but a very rude clinic staffs, who can tell a patient, i dont care, you coming from tampines but 8.30 close, reach here before 8.30pm from tampines. And dont call any more. Very disappointing, and Doctors should know their staffs charector. Thanks Ms Constantine j

Dr. Benjamin is a very good Doctor. He will take time to the patient and explain and then give medicines. His advice are very useful. Been his patient since almost last 10 yrs+?

Not that I wanna be in this clinic even tho is so near to my place.. Q management demn sus.. "a mom n child (son)" was before me registering. Was seen after 2 person afterwards. However my turn is way far back.. her kid was Q15 and I'm Q19.. welp to some peeps might be I'm whining ?. Maybe there's "kid" queue.. yet another family pop by w/ 2 kid n 1 unwell. "Mom said, still not my turn. Staff said you're next".. NANI?! ?

It was my second visit to this clinic because I had finished the course of medicine from the first visit and I didn’t get better. I tried to explain my situation as best as I could so I could get an accurate diagnosis but it felt like the doctor was just rushing to finish my appointment (there was nobody else in the wait line after me and the clinic had just reopened for the afternoon). He spoke quite hurriedly and his prescription felt quite wishy washy. He didn’t really address my issue and told me to drink water and continue taking my ART, even though the discomfort I felt had nothing to do with covid. He was quite nonchalant and dismissive in the prescription and didn’t give constructive comments as to what could have been the issue. I had to ask him to check my lymph nodes. Understand it might not be easy to determine from one short appointment, but I left the clinic none the wiser. The receptionists are quite nonchalant and grumpy, customer service standard is sub par. I asked them how many hours apart the antibiotics need to be but she gave varying answers (with the answers having 3 hours of difference). She only asked her colleague for the actual answer upon my request to clarify again. Hoping the standard can improve.
