Nice and friendly doctor who really cares about the wellbeings of his patients. Been seeing him for close to 10 years.

STAFF AND DOCTOR ARE RUDE. LONG WAIT AND SERVICE IS BAD. FELT DEGRADED AS IF I AM LESS OF A HUMAN!!!!! NEED TO PRACTICE COURTESY! THEY WERE "RUSHING" AND JUST BRUSHED PEOPLE OFF. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!! ZERO STAR! YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!

The doctor is good. But waiting time is crazy long and lady dispensing the medicine acts friendly but can be very rude. For the time you have to wait might as well go polyclinic and pay a fraction of the price.

Bad customer service over the phone, attending personel refused to entertain simple query and slammed the phone

I fully agreed in the attitude of the ladies at the counter, especially the one having a 16 yo gal voice but is an auntie. She has simply no patience taking to a patient. Eh patient means sick, so pls talk nicely. I witnessed this her talking to an uncle, when I brought my dad on his first visit. Waiting time was too long. Registered over the phone and get a Q number at 8.30am but when arrived at 9.30am ,OMG, only attending the first patient. Come on, I know its a trend doctors won't be on time but it's too ridiculous to commence consultation after one hour from opening hours. He is too meticulous I guessed it explains why long waiting time and average consultation time is like 20 mins, too long, asked simply a lot of things. He is the type like to interrupt your queries like don want you to ask further of his actions , simply display "Just listen to me, ok" tone and attitude. If he was not recommended by my dad friend, wouldn't wan to go there and the entire fee is relatively high compared to other clinics. Please don think the surrounding area don have a GP clinic, showing attitude in this manner. Well first and last time perhaps.

Doctor is nice and he know his medication well But his staff are rude,uncaring and pretentious. I know that waiting hours are long but what I cannot stand is when my toddler is crying outside cos unwell and hot..the staff didn't get the medicine for me after I see the doctor. Talking to each other,taking their own sweet time..like your baby cry,non of my business..you want medicine ...YOU WAIT...and I have to ask then they will get the medicine for me.i will nv go bk again!I

Pharmacy auntie with curly hair is extremely rude and speaks in a very impatient tone to patients. Definitely spoils your mood on top of whatever you are already suffering with.

Have been with them since I was a child and pharmacy auntie's attitude has been getting worse over the years. Dr Yong is my favourite doctor but I no longer visit them because of the tone/attitude of the auntie. Good luck with the waiting time too.
