Dr.shrisharma is very kind and helpful to the patients.friendly in nature by dealing with patients. Dalin nurse is good and kind hearted person. In my experience iam telling my daughter got severe injury in leg I rush to the doctor that is the first time iam seeing doctor and dalin they deal with us very good and treat my daughter very well. We are really thank to doctor shrisharma and dalin sister. Thank so much.

The only private clinic with X-ray machine in Yishun.

All three doctors dr sharma, dr usman, dr sriram very professional and will address the needs of the patient. Receptionist are very kind as well. Good team.

Lousy customer service. Enquire over phone for Hep B jab, staff cannot even advice if the cost include consultation fees.

Clinic is in very unhygienic condition; poor ventilation. Receptionist is not wearing mask properly. Doctor is overly confident in prescription & guaranteed recovery in 2 days but that didn’t happen.

Would leave a 0 star if I could :) Had a skin allergy in mild condition during visit, prescribed 2 weeks of medicine that did not help with my symptoms at all. Was dismissive during a consultation that did not even last 2 full minutes. Checked the prescription with another healthcare professional to find out that I have been prescribed with medicine for runny nose and insect bites.

9:35pm while registering to go in was informed by receptionist that registration already closed for the day and asked to come back tomorrow. Only 2 patients seated inside. I can understand if it’s 9:45 or 9:50 although in the spirit of giving medical services that was totally effed up. People might die tomorrow and you tell them to come when they are in need of medical services now and made their way down there. Well. Done! Will never come here again

I came here in the morning around 11am for ART test with referral letter but the staff told me to come back after 2pm. Before 2pm, I reached there and got the registration but the staff never gave me Q number and kept calling others. But I do notice the guys before me also getting the swab test and after that the lady calling Q no. 5 so I thought I should go in as I was the next after them. But then the calling no staff asked whats my Q no. I replied I was not given. The other staff asked me to sit there again without even giving any no. So now I asked how long did I need to wait as its already 2.40pm and asked whats my Q no again. Only then she answered no. 5. If she didn't answer, I would go for another clinic. This is the second platinum medical centre that I went today as first one I went at 513 in the morning also rejected to take ART and said they only have temp doctor the whole day. Nonetheless, after waiting 5 more minutes then one staff came out and asked my Q no and I replied I don't know as I heard the guy next to me register around 2.35pm saying my Q no. was 4 and their was 5. The staff said I was the only one doing ART and my Q no was 4 and took my swab less than 1 minute. Both clinics running under same company gave me bad experience. Due to the referral letter, I had to go to specific clinics to get it done. So now they wasted my whole morning and more than half day. Poor customer service and poor service. I got a strong headache running around half day and maybe likely contacted with positive patients too in 3 clinics within a day. I will never go to any platinum medical centres again.
