Went for the trial scalp treatment and it was a very pleasant experience. My scalp feels a lot more clean and balanced after, the products smell good and the decor is nice and bright. Jeremy’s service is very good and I felt comfortable chatting with him. No hard sell even though I took a trial package.

Just the right place to get an organic hair/scalp treatment. They even offer organic hair dye which causes less damage to the hair. I have enjoyed the scalp treatment I have received here, always leaving with my scalp feeling clean and fresh. I am a regular customer for organic hair regrowth and I have trust in their organic products as after colouring don't really damage my hair. Today I brought my 70th year old mum to Orchard Central outlet , everyone is so friendly here as they are trying to communicate with her in her dialect. My mum is 1st time here, Jaremy is very helpful to arrange for us a nearby session so that I can chat with her. After scalp analysis, we are recommended to upgrade our treatment. I did it both for my mum and myself based on trust of my of scalp specialists (Agnes & Dash). Although I get my treatment from fave offer, I don't find the pushiness and upgrade price is also reasonable. Thumb up for Anne's service as she is patience and professional in explaining our scalp issues. Therapist Jessie take care of my treatment, She is gentle and always ensure my comfort. I loved going to the Organics OC branch once a month with my audio book and being treated to their hair and scalp treatments. Over the 10 sessions I had, my scalp health drastically improved and I was able to see new growth. Highly recommend!

Nic & Jessie did my hair. they understood my hair concerns. I have psoriasis and my scalp has some. so the products is perfect for my skin! love the space. when you walk to the salon, you feel the greenery ambiance . They also have a huge space to do instagram shots. Everyone with hair issues should come and experience. the products so far is good for my skin. love it! cant wait to retouch my roots!

I have been looking for a place for my scalp problem for a long time and also together cut my hair. At first I tried to text them and the first impression was very good. they understood my time and tried to give me a solution. when I came there for the first time, I liked the atmosphere. they offered me to take a scalp treatment with a machine at once to make it more optimal. nick cut my hair then started doing scalp treatment. they are very professional and kind. give me a warm water too :D i feel my scalp feels much better and i also like the haircut that by nick. I will come again because I took the package, I like them and I hope the service they provide will remain the same in the next visit. Good luck for you all guys. Honest review :D

It was a great and relaxing experience overall. I’ve also discovered a lot about the importance of a healthy scalp. The consultant was really patient and detailed in explaining to me the condition of my scalp whereby it is sensitive and oily congested in the pores. After the treatment, my scalp felt refreshed and my hair at the roots looked less oily and pores are cleaned up. I love that the hairdresser massaged my neck while waiting for the ampoules to work their magic.
