I was pushed to purchase 2 Thermage treatment last year March and I was told by SA Victoria that the treatment will be done by Dr Shiau. There is no expiry and prices will not drop. She assured me the prices can only go up. I used one treatment last March. To add, my foc treatment given to me was not allocated till late April, when I chased for it, Victoria sent me an entire clip of clients particulars with NRIC and full name and treatment done. I told her I am afraid she did the same to me and it’s pdpa breach. She did not reply me. This year Feb I tried to book my paid treatment but Victoria keep telling me Dr Shiau appt is full or no replies. In April, she finally told me Dr Shiau says people who wants to use her treatment must pay $200 more. I was unhappy and requested for refund. Firstly, I was told treatment will be done by her, then my multiple request to book appt with Dr Shiau cannot be filled. This happened the same to my 2 friends whom I referred. One even went there and was told treatment cancelled as it was booked wrongly. To add, the price of Thermage treatment dropped this year to 2428 from 2720. This is again another miselling information given by Victoria saying the prices will not drop when I refused to sign for 2 treatment last year. The DGM Jean who handled my case also MIA after telling me the company doesn’t entertain refund. This is the worst clinic experience I have had and till date, I still did not get my refund after 1 year.
