Her suggestions were honest, sincere and professional, as normally centres exaggerate your skin condition to cross sell. The consultant was Ms Gynn who explained very patiently the various options and was very transparent about cost as well as benefits. She was careful to check about skin condition and allergies in advance. Overall satisfied with my session at Centrepoint.

I felt relaxed and enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after and I would for sure go back for another facial.

The treatment ended with a nice hand massage. They will try to get you to upgrade to scalp treatments after doing a scalp check, but you can just say no firmly

I am very satisfied with her service, she was a person who is very patient and communicated well, she will explain all of my facial problems to me and recommend me a better treatment for my face. The very important is she will not be hard selling to me and is very professional. By far, she is the best consultant manager I have ever seen.

They conned my mother and tried to use a bunch of selling techniques telling her how much she should save and what nonsense discount or perks will be given. Women of that age as customers will easily get conned and being too nice in their nature, they cave in easily. As a result, right after my mother signed the package. She got into a big car accident because she couldn’t stop thinking of the amount of money she spent signing that package. It troubled her so much it impaired her driving abilities. Please tell me. Is a $4k package worth the $15k of automobile damages. Dear bioskin, can you consider loyalty over monetary gains from scamming paying customers. You clearly know at some point in time, they have more than enough sessions with you. What sick motives do you have. Purely money? What happened to customer loyalty and positive branding?
