Really disappointed. For $29, medium original roll with a canned drink. Wedges were fried nicely. Unfortunately the only other good thing i have to say is that the Staff were friendly and polite. Lobster meat was measly and the roll was totally tasteless. No sweetness in the meat. Maybe it was just a one off thing but I rather not try again. Won't mention names but the other brand was super amazing for the same price or less.

Had the Hadoken lobster rolls and lobster capellini for lunch. For the price point it was ok but nothing great. The hadoken tasted good with the wasabi mayo and seaweed but the lobster was abit on the bland side. Lobster capellini portion was small and it came out cold, like fridge cold(apparently thats how it should be). Would have preferred a note indicating so as to manage expectation. Would not reccommend the place if you are hungry or for the purpose of filling up a stomach. Its an ok try but wouldnt go out of the way for it. Pictures and menu attached.

Absolutely amazing! The food is delicious! The staff are super friendly and hospitable and the place is beautiful! A big thank you to Shane and Leonard for serving us and making us feel so comfortable! I love that the portion is big. It’s definitely not like other restaurants that you only get a small amount of food. I am definitely going back!!

Service was excellent! Staff are always super friendly, full of smiles and always willing to help out! Most of the times at least! Really lovely environment to be in when there are lesser customers! And the second level truly feels like you're on a boat set-sailing somewhere far. I first came across chunky lobsters when it first opened in The Cathay and its been a number of years since then! I didn't go back only because I never went nearby that area over the years. But the founder, Leonard , has always left a deep impression on me. I still remember I was one of the last customers there and I was amazed at the affordability of price of lobsters for a full meal with a drink, sides + a lobster bisque soup. I gave them 5 stars back then and I'll do the same now. The service of the founder at the very least - has never changed. Still a truly humble man whom a customer can even become friends with. He honours his word and is very kind. I believe his service is out of this world and that includes even the employees he hires. Many are as kind and as professional as he is. I remembered like it was just yesterday when he sat down with me as I was one of the last customers and he shared with me what had inspired him to start the business as well as the challenges he had faced building it up. It was such a nice conversation plus the food is actually good. The ratio of lobster to bread is even and simply a meal like that can indeed make one full. Though the prices have definitely gone up over the years - I believe due to the pandemic as well - which is actually really reasonable. His restaurant still doesn't charge GST or service charge - which is rare like Saizeriya. And goes to show that customer satisfaction plays an important role in his business. Not to mention that he handles all the affairs of delivery himself through WhatsApp and still be able to create connections with his customers and remember them no matter how small the details are. I believe it is very rare to see a boss and founder like himself who is truly dedicated to the business even willing to take proactive actions to build rapport with customers - something that mist bosses would rather not do and leave to their managers to do. Hence you can expect good food, great prices for the seafood they offer and excellent service. Give it a go once in a while! They're truly a great choice for those of us that would rather not spend $80 for a lobster & would rather spend $20 for a different variation of lobster. I assure you, you will be full. The food is very nice. The lobster bisque is rich and taste good. The lobster is juicy and fresh served with generous portion of lobster meat. Overall the food and service is excellent. Definitely going back again.

Nicely toasted bun with a generous amt of lobster fillings! Huge chunky pieces which filled our tummies! Meat is not crumbly and very fresh! Other dishes are equally yummy! We will b back for more definitely!

Had a pleasant experience here, the waitress is friendly and was patient with offering her suggestions. I got the signature roll and had a blast. Must squeeze lemon! I find the beverage to be on the expensive side, but at this part of the town I guess it make sense with all these rentals. Would definitely try the lobster rolls again.

Friendly staff here! She is warm and nice. Very polite too ! Ordered creamy truffle lemon pasta- Good mix of creamy truffle and lemon spike taste. Surf & turf roll - sauce is a good pair w the lobster meat. Grilled squid - above average Lobster Bisque - good taste of the sea in your mouth ! Fresh oysters - good call ! Please order that.
