★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the shop at Harbourfront at noon about 12pm and was closed. So disappointed !! As I rushed there wanted to get a birthday present for my husband during lunch time. Opening schedule was stated open at 11am in the location but was not open on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet is good. But the available discounts are never satisfactory. If you want to buy, it should be a long period decision. Wait for the roadshows and clearance sale. Keep yourself updated. Thats would be the best time to buy these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osim here is one of the best massage chair brand. I walk in and said " I would like to have a free massage" and with out hesitate the brand ambassador in the shop get the chair ready. The massage was set for 30minutes. I fallen a sleep on the massage chair. Feeling relax and rejuvenate after the massage. Recommended to buy. Great people show Great Brand management. Keep it up Osim . Thumbs Up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe OSIM believes their product can sell by itself, therefore no QC on their salesperson. You might have good product, but she really cannot make it. Strongly recommend OSIM to have mystery shopper to keep the service up to the standard.

Very friendly, allow users to test with different products until satisfied, and assist with installment plan.
Very knowledgeable about the product too! Please look for him for assistance if you ever come across this shop!
