They are getting paid to stand around and do nothing. Disgraceful service.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to IMM branch recently with my friend to get the suit bundle yesterday. Had an extremely pleasant experience with Rose and Mahira(?), who were the two sales attendant in store on thursday noon.
Mahira was very friendly, provided us with multiple sizes/designs for trying out and was very patient despite us taking a fair amount of time.
Appreciated Rose for also mentioning the pace deals, which allowed us to capture significant discounts & accumulate points for future purchases.
Excellent service and experience even for other JEM outlet as well(jason). Thumbs up for BB.

โ โ โ โ โ Mr Sitoo (?) was very helpful during our first visit and advised us and didn't pressure nor badger us to make a purchase despite asking us asking so many questions. Today, we went back to him and bought a full suit! Hope their recommended tailor "Suit Up" will do a good job as I read from a previous review that they destroyed a Marina Square outlet customer's shirt ??
