โ โ โ โ โ The store on level 2 : Be wary of the prices that they quote you. I was there two days ago and was quoted $300+ for a bag. Returned today and another staff insisted its $400+ for the same bag. I had to persist three times that she double check the price (she was reluctant to do so). Only after i watch her scan the tag on the machine did she say โOh yes , its $300+โ. When i said, โSo you quoted me wrongly right?โ She said, Oh the prices change all the time. Hence when she tried to sell me the bag, i said iโll come back again, because you never know, the prices change all the time, it might be cheaper a few days later.

โ โ โ โ โ I was very disappointed with Coach, where a female employee told me the following: This bag is very expensive. Can you afford it? What are you looking at? It's cheap. You can afford it.
I need a reasonable explanation from Coach, which did not give me a good explanation at that time and did not deal with the people involved.

Staff are professional, friendly and very informative.
Sales are now on at 52% from newly launched products.
Long queue though but manageable.
Conveniently located near the main entrance.

โ โ โ โ โ Did not expect to receive such great services here as it postion itself as an outlet mall. The inside still looks organised like a normal looking boutique store.
I went on a busy Sunday afternoon. Que for a while before letting in. Wanted to come later but the Q got even longer. It seems to be staff:ratio serving like other normal boutique too. Staff was friendly and apologies for the long wait. I was served by a pregnant sale associate (did not get her name) and she was lovely. She helped us with a cheerful personality and was attentive to even to my child. We brought 3 items from her and she still walked us out of the store out out my delight. ?
The outlet items were of past season but new stocks nevertheless. There were additional discounts as well so we were happy.

โ โ โ โ โ Funny how some reviewers are comparing SG price with overseas price here. Being an outlet doesn't mean the price should be the same or lower than US. I've been served by Ruby and her service is pleasant so far. Noted they do crowd control now so waiting time is longer to enter. Better to patronize on weekdays.

Not trying to be a Karen but store was relatively empty, spotted 3 staff.
Made to queue for quite long, should have been flexible to allow for at least 1-2 more group to just browse as oppose to standing outside, it was hot and humid, probably because there was an entrance/exit by the store, there was a fan in the store so kinda prove my point.
Tried to reason with 1 staff but was given attitude, I'd rather you try other outlet stores in IMM, I went to Club 21 outlet and bought something else instead.

โ โ โ โ โ Alight from Jurong East MRT of the green line and take a 10 mins walk along the J-Walk which brings you to IMM. Head to the ground level and Coach's Factory Outlet is located beside the entrance facing Ng Teng Fong Hospital.
This outlet is the only factory outlet of Coach in Singapore. You will be able to find most of the models here at a discounted price. Staff here are polite, helpful and very professional to assist you with your queries. The retail outlet is displayed with their products for females on the right and for males on the left.
When are are ongoing promotions, the queue here is long but it's well organized adhering to Covid19 restrictions. You have to drop by here and take a look if you're looking for anything Coach.

โ โ โ โ โ The service by the staff was excellent! Though not many designs that I like, I bought a few because of the service. Place is well managed and well controlled. Not crowded as they let in a few customers after some left.
